PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICIES and SITE RATES
Please understand that we are holding these sites for you and turning away other business.
      Our Payment Policy:

      Prices are subject to change without notice.
      We require a first night payment to reserve a site.
      Monthly Reservations require a $100.00 deposit.
      Deposits are applied to your balance due upon arrival.

      Our Cancellation Policies:

      If reservation is cancelled after 12:00 noon 2 days before scheduled date of arrival the first night’s deposit is non-refundable.
      No-show reservations will be made available for others to rent at 12:00 noon the following day.
      If MONTHLY reservations are cancelled 30 days or less before scheduled date of arrival the deposit is non-refundable. Please understand that we are holding these sites for you and turning away other business.

Rates include 1 RV and 1 vehicle.
All daily and weekly rates are subject to state taxes.
Holidays and major local event weekends require a 3 night stay.

    OFF-SEASON RATES:
    October 1st thru April 30th all RV sites are discounted 30% off the daily rate with a two night minimum stay. Discounts cannot be combined and are only applied to daily rates.

  • Discounts - All discounts (Good Sam, AAA, BCAA, AARP, etc.) are applied at the time of check-in. Discounts cannot be combined and are only applied to daily rates.
  • Pet fees: $1.00 per day per pet
  • Check in time 2 pm - Check out time 12 pm

    • Telephone connection for each site is available with the local carrier for long term guests.

    • Quaint Anacortes and LaConner Antique Stores, Casino, Fishing, Charters, Ferry to the San Juan Islands and Victoria BC.
    • Theaters, Malls, Discount Malls, Wal-Mart, Kmart, Target, 14 miles east.
    • The hub between Vancouver BC, Seattle, Victoria BC and Mt Baker all within 80 miles each direction.
    • Outdoor activities: Golf, Seven lakes on Fidalgo Island, Fishing, Hiking, Canoe, Kayaking, Boat charters.
